As a designated essential business during the Covid-19 pandemic, we remain open offering our full array of technology solutions and superior service, while adhering to best practice recommendations for preventing the spread of the Covid-19.

We continue to provide remote support, on-site delivery and service as needed. Our staff is provisioned with gloves, masks and antiseptic wipes and they have been instructed on social distancing to help protect you while ensuring that your computer and communications infrastructure runs effectively  during this critical period. We are monitoring and reviewing our system-wide activities for the effective cleaning and use of safety gear on an ongoing basis.

If you have any questions concerning our safety preparations, or if you have a specific safety protocol you require, please call us so that we can comply prior to dispatch.  We are working hard to maintain your productivity while protecting everyone’s safety during this period.

Support is available on-demand 24×7.  Microman is uniquely qualified to provide effective remote support for your small business network.  Our help desk team can leverage a powerful set of tools to securely connect to your PCs laptop or server and quickly resolve a request for service.


Microman Inc is concerned about the health and wellbeing of all our employees.  We are also concerned for the individuals that work directly with our staff onsite.  Our employees have been instructed to maintain the recommended social distancing and to comply with other requirements.  They have also been instructed that if they should experience any symptoms or a fever, they are to report this to management immediately.

We are working diligently to supply our field resources with necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) to ensure that we are abiding by Federal, State and Local guidelines and restrictions.  As the situation changes almost daily, we will strive to adapt our procedures.

Should a specific work site have restrictions that are not covered by Federal, State or Local guidelines, please make them known to us and we will ensure that our employees comply.


Microman is a full-service system integrator.  We maintain and inventory of PCs, laptops, servers and network appliances ready for delivery today.  We are also partnering with our vendors to bring you specialized bundles and technology solutions to support high-demand areas, such as remote workforce collaboration, remote-enabled endpoint devices, network and endpoint security solutions, data storage and backup, and cloud solutions.


Microman has implemented changes to our pickup and delivery services to conform with the social distancing recommended to slow the spread of COVID-19.  Interaction between customers and Microman employees will be limited. Those picking up equipment can open their vehicle and Microman staff will load it without asking for a signature.  Customers won’t have to sign for deliveries either. Drivers will load or unload equipment per the client’s instructions, this can include leaving the delivery outside the front door.
