Network and Hardware Service Request

Microman’s service hours for existing customers are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

After-hours service is available through phoning in at 1-614-792-0645 and choosing Option 6. After-hours service will be billed at 1.5 times your normal rate.

Responses will be given based upon the terms of your agreement or within 2 hours, and will be an acknowledgement of receipt of the issue.
